The ideal candidate should be able to transform ideas, property information, and marketing objectives into visually engaging designs that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Design high-quality visual content for social media, websites, flyers, brochures, banners, presentations, and other marketing materials.
  • ⁠ ⁠Create engaging designs that showcase properties, investment opportunities, and company offerings to attract potential buyers.
  • ⁠ ⁠Develop creative concepts aligned with Heritage Homes’ brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • ⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and Social Media teams to develop designs that support property campaigns, launches, and promotional activities.
  • ⁠ ⁠Create graphics for digital campaigns, advertisements, email marketing, and online promotions.
  • ⁠ ⁠Ensure consistency of brand identity across all visual communications and marketing materials.
  • ⁠ ⁠Adapt designs for different platforms, audiences, and marketing purposes.
  • ⁠ ⁠Support lead generation and sales activities through effective and customer-focused visual content.
  • ⁠ ⁠Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • ⁠ ⁠Maintain an organized archive of design files, templates, and brand assets.
  • ⁠ ⁠Stay updated with current design trends and recommend creative ideas to improve brand visibility and engagement.

Requirements:

  • ⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • ⁠ ⁠2–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in marketing, real estate, advertising, or a related industry.
  • ⁠ ⁠Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, branding, layout design, and visual storytelling.
  • ⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Canva Pro, and other relevant design tools.
  • ⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of social media design and digital marketing content.
  • ⁠ ⁠Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • ⁠ ⁠Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • ⁠ ⁠Experience in real estate marketing is an added advantage.

  • ⁠ ⁠Quality, creativity, and effectiveness of design outputs.
  • ⁠ ⁠Consistency of brand identity across all marketing materials.
  • ⁠ ⁠Timely delivery of design projects.
  • ⁠ ⁠Quality of property marketing and promotional materials produced.
  • ⁠ ⁠Contribution of designs to social media engagement, campaign performance, and lead generation.
  • ⁠ ⁠Organization and management of design assets.
