Job summary
We are recruiting a responsive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to respond to enquiries, provide product information, follow up with prospective buyers, and support sales conversion. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, good attention to detail, and ability to reply multiple customers effectively.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer chats and enquiries.
- Provide accurate information about products, prices, availability, orders, and delivery.
- Follow up with prospective buyers to encourage sales conversion.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues.
- Coordinate with the store team on orders and product availability.
- Maintain records of customer enquiries, orders, and follow-ups.
- Ensure a positive customer experience across all communication channels.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, chat support, or sales support is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and other messaging platforms.
- Good typing speed, organisation, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer conversations.
- Strong follow-up skills, patience, reliability, and professionalism.
- Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Lagos Island.
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 –130,000 monthly.
