Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to relevant departments
- Maintain customer records and follow up to ensure resolution
- Promote a positive company image through courteous service
Requirements:
- HND in any discipline
- 1 year of experience in customer service (fresh graduates can apply)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good listening, patience, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
