Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Enter and update company data accurately into computer systems and databases.
- Maintain organised records of customers, sales, inventory, suppliers, and transactions.
- Verify information for accuracy and correct errors when identified.
- Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports, and business documents.
- Assist the administrative and customer service teams with data-related tasks.
- Keep digital and physical records properly organised.
- Retrieve information and provide reports when requested by management.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
- Support inventory and sales documentation.
- Perform regular checks to ensure records are complete and up to date.
Requirements:
- OND, HND, B.Sc., or equivalent qualification.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good typing and data-entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Integrity and willingness to learn.
