Job Title: Graphics Designer
Location: Lekki Phase 1
Job Summary
Our Client is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly professional Graphics Designer to support the firm’s branding, communications, marketing, and business development initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality visual content that reflects the firm’s professional image and enhances its visibility across digital and print platforms. The role requires a designer who can combine creativity with corporate professionalism and who understands the unique communication standards expected within a law firm or professional services environment. The ideal candidate must be capable of working under pressure, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and delivering visually compelling materials within tight timelines while maintaining brand consistency and confidentiality.

- Maintain and ensure consistency of the firm’s visual identity and brand standards across all communication channels.
- Develop and manage branded templates for presentations, proposals, reports, newsletters, and official communications.
- Design marketing and corporate communication materials including brochures, flyers, banners, infographics, corporate profiles, annual reports, and event materials.
Digital & Social Media Content
- Create engaging graphics and multimedia content for the firm’s website and social media platforms.
- Support the firm’s digital marketing and online visibility initiatives through visually appealing content.
- Design promotional materials for webinars, seminars, conferences, recruitment campaigns, and firm events.
Presentation & Proposal Support
- Design professional pitch decks, client presentations, and proposal documents for Partners and practice groups.
- Convert complex legal or business information into visually engaging and easy-to-understand layouts.
Video & Multimedia Support
- Develop basic motion graphics, short videos, and visual animations for internal and external communication where required.
- Support photography and visual documentation for firm events and activities.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand design needs and deliver effective creative solutions.
- Provide creative support for HR initiatives, employer branding, and staff engagement activities.
Administrative & Operational Responsibilities
- Manage multiple design requests simultaneously while meeting agreed timelines.
- Maintain organized archives of design assets, templates, and brand materials.
- Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and best practices relevant to professional services firms.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or any related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ relevant experience in graphic design, preferably within a law firm, consulting firm, financial institution, corporate organization, or professional services environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating corporate branding, digital content creation, and marketing communication materials.
Requirements:
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Proficiency in Canva and other digital design tools.
- Knowledge of video editing and basic motion graphics is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
