Job Overview
The Client Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and premium customer experience from inquiry to delivery.
This role requires a polished, detail-oriented, calm, and highly professional individual with a strong understanding of fashion, bespoke production processes, and ready-to-wear styling. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, a very good command of spoken and written English, and the ability to interpret clients’ style preferences professionally.
The successful candidate must be polite, dedicated, patient, respectful, and proactive, with the ability to build strong customer relationships while maintaining the premium image and service standards of Tabs Atelier.
The role also requires a commercially aware individual capable of converting inquiries into paying clients, supporting customer retention, and contributing to overall business revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
● Welcome and attend to clients professionally both physically and virtually ● Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery ● Ensure a premium and personalized customer experience at every touchpoint ● Manage customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and follow-ups professionally ● Maintain high customer satisfaction and client retention standards ● Ensure clients feel attended to, respected, and valued at all times ● Encourage repeat purchases and client referrals through relationship-building and excellent service delivery ● Ensure leads do not go cold due to poor follow-up or delayed communication
Fashion Consultation & Style Interpretation
● Assist clients in interpreting and selecting styles suitable for their preferences, events, and body types ● Provide professional guidance on bespoke and ready-to-wear options ● Communicate client style preferences clearly to the production and creative teams ● Support clients during fittings and styling sessions ● Possess basic sketching ability to aid style interpretation and communication ● Stay updated on fashion trends, fabrics, and styling techniques
Sales Support & Revenue Contribution
● Convert inquiries into paying clients professionally and effectively ● Follow up pending payments and unpaid invoices professionally ● Support upselling of premium services, embellishments, ready-to-wear pieces, and accessories ● Contribute actively to client retention and revenue growth ● Support the achievement of monthly sales and customer retention targets ● Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and increase repeat business
Order Coordination & Follow-Up
● Coordinate client orders from consultation to delivery ● Ensure accurate documentation of measurements, style specifications, and delivery timelines ● Follow up with production teams to ensure timely delivery of client orders ● Keep clients updated on production progress and delivery schedules ● Ensure minimal errors in customer orders and communication processes
Administrative & Customer Records Management
● Maintain organized customer records and order details ● Document all customer interactions, requests, and special instructions properly ● Ensure professionalism in all written and verbal communication ● Support showroom coordination and front-desk operations when required ● Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling customer information
Brand Representation & Professional Conduct
● Represent the Tabs Atelier brand with professionalism, calmness, and respect ● Maintain composure and professionalism under pressure ● Demonstrate patience, attentiveness, dedication, and strong interpersonal skills ● Uphold the company’s premium customer service standards consistently ● Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Requirements & Qualifications:
● Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Customer Service, Business Administration, or related field ● 2–4 years’ proven experience as a Client Service Representative, Customer Experience Officer, Front Desk Officer, or similar role within a fashion house ● Prior experience in a bespoke or ready-to-wear fashion brand is compulsory ● Strong understanding of fashion styling, garment production processes, and customer relationship management ● Excellent command of spoken and written English is compulsory ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills ● Basic sketching ability is an added advantage ● High attention to detail and strong organizational skills ● Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment ● Must be polite, calm, respectful, patient, and customer-focused ● Must demonstrate dedication, professionalism, accountability, and emotional intelligence ● Ability to professionally handle high-profile or demanding clients ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Business, and customer communication tools is an advantage
