Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
- Provide accurate information about company properties, services, pricing, and processes.
- Manage client complaints professionally and escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain updated client records and documentation.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Track customer interactions and generate periodic service reports.
- Support marketing campaigns by engaging leads and nurturing prospects.
- Ensuring timely and accurate resolution of assigned tickets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in customer service (real estate experience is an advantage).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience using CRM systems like Zoho CRM will be an added advantage.
- Professional demeanor and strong conflict resolution skills.
