Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily administrative work and office management.
- Support financial and accounting-related tasks.
- Coordinate and manage company business operations.
- Assist with document preparation, communication, and scheduling.
- Drive when necessary and accompany management on external business trips and meetings.
- Handle other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of administration and finance.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license with good driving skills.
- Willing to travel locally for business purposes.
- Proficiency in English is preferred.
