Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers, answering enquiries, resolving complaints, providing accurate information, and ensuring customers have a positive experience with the company. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customers through phone calls, emails, chats, and social media.
- Attend to customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Process orders, requests, or basic transactions when required.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Work with other departments to resolve customer-related issues.
- Prepare basic customer service reports when required.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of relevant customer service experience is preferred.
- Minimum of OND in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult customers.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
