Job summary
We are looking for a friendly, patient, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for customers, respond to enquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Min Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E) Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 1 year Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time – 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries through calls, messages, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about the organisation’s products and services.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are properly addressed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Support other customer service activities as required.
Requirements:
- A minimum of an SSCE
- Good spoken and written English.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Computer literate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Must be willing to work around Agric, Ogolonto, Isawo, or Ikorodu Garage.
