Role Summary
The Data Analyst will support data collection, validation, analysis, reporting, and dashboard development for the Annual School Census (ASC) Improvement Initiative. The role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, generating insights, and supporting evidence-based decision-making across project workstreams.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze project data.
- Support ASC data aggregation and uploads.
- Develop and maintain project dashboards and reports.
- Monitor data quality and identify anomalies.
- Generate visualizations and performance reports.
- Support field teams with data management requirements.
- Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and security.
- Contribute to project reporting and dissemination activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in data analysis or data management.
- Proficiency in Excel and at least one data visualization tool.
- Experience with Power BI, SPSS, SQL, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience working with education or public sector data is an advantage.
