Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of the executive
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Maintain confidential records and information
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2–5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- High level of discretion and professionalism
