About the Role
Our client is seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to support the company’s branding, marketing, research, and corporate communication activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling content across digital and print platforms, including social media, presentations, reports, marketing materials, and other corporate communications. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design and the ability to translate business and research information into clear and engaging visual content.
Responsibilities:
1. Graphic Design & Branding
- Create graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, reports, brochures, and other corporate materials.
- Develop designs that align with our brand identity and maintain consistency across platforms.
- Create visual concepts, layouts, and templates for recurring communication needs.
- Ensure all final designs are professional, visually appealing, and accurate.
2. Research & Data Visualisation
- Design infographics, charts, diagrams, and other visual content for research and investment-related materials.
- Translate complex information and data into clear and engaging visual presentations.
- Support the design of research reports, market updates, and investment presentations.
- Collaborate with the research and investment teams to effectively communicate key insights visually.
3. Digital & Social Media Content
- Develop engaging visual content for LinkedIn, Instagram, websites, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- Create social media posts, carousels, banners, and campaign materials.
- Adapt designs to suit different platforms, formats, and target audiences. Contribute creative ideas to strengthen the company digital presence.
4. Marketing & Corporate Communication
- Design company profiles, proposals, pitch decks, brochures, flyers, and other business materials.
- Develop visual materials for events, presentations, meetings, and stakeholder engagements.
- Work with relevant teams to understand briefs and deliver designs that meet business
objectives.
- Make revisions based on feedback while maintaining design quality and consistency.
5. Creative Management
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting agreed deadlines.
- Maintain an organised library of design files, templates, images, and brand assets.
- Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with management and other teams to develop effective creative solutions.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in graphic design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating professional design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and/or other relevant design tools.
- Experience with Canva is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing social media content, corporate presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
- Good communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills.
