Remote Support Contractor (Work From Home) – Customer Support | Remote | $9–$15/Hour

The R.A.K.E Foundation, Inc. is recruiting Remote Support Contractors to provide customer support for businesses through a fully remote contractor program. This opportunity is open to individuals seeking flexible part-time or full-time remote work, with paid training provided before assignments begin.
Job Summary
As a Remote Support Contractor, you will assist customers through chat, email, or phone support, depending on your assigned project. After completing onboarding and paid training, you’ll gain access to remote work opportunities while enjoying a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support through chat, email, or phone.
- Complete onboarding and required training.
- Work independently while meeting project expectations.
- Participate in paid instructor-led sessions.
- Complete self-paced learning and assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Windows 11 computer
- Webcam
- USB headset
- Two monitors (or laptop plus external monitor)
- Reliable wired internet connection (Wi-Fi is not accepted)
- Quiet home workspace
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Pass the entry assessment
- Attend 2–4 weeks of paid training (4–6 hours daily, Monday–Friday)
Customer service experience is helpful but not required.
