Overview
Gamesight is looking for a highly analytical and strategic Data Analyst to support major gaming publishers across Europe. In this role, you will transform large-scale gaming, influencer, and marketing datasets into actionable insights that help launch and grow AAA game titles.
You will collaborate with campaign managers, creator teams, developers, and customers to optimize influencer campaigns, analyze player behavior, and shape data-driven marketing strategies across the gaming ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
Business Intelligence and Insights
- Translate customer launch goals into actionable data strategies
- Analyze EU market trends and campaign performance
- Develop creator campaign strategies using Gamesight analytics platform
- Discover new opportunities from existing and external datasets
- Deliver insights that influence marketing and product direction

- Support sales and campaign teams with data-backed proposals
- Lead analytics-focused discussions with customers
- Help clients define campaign KPIs and measure success
- Provide strategic recommendations based on gaming and influencer data
- Challenge assumptions using evidence-based insights
Who You Will Work With

Requirements:
- 4 to 7 years of experience in analytics, BI, or data-focused roles
- Strong SQL skills (Postgres, Redshift, MySQL, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strategic and consultative mindset
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Based in the EU and available during EU business hours
- Fluent English communication skills
- Strong understanding of gaming ecosystems preferred
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve analytics workflows
Nice to Have
- Experience with Twitch, YouTube Gaming, or Twitter/X gaming communities
- Python or R experience for data analysis and automation
- Digital marketing or performance marketing background
- Large-scale analytics experience within gaming or creator industries

Salary Information
- United Kingdom: £45,000 – £55,000 per year
- France: €55,000 – €65,000 per year
- Germany: €55,000 – €65,000 per year
- Spain: €55,000 – €65,000 per year
