We are hiring a Sales Representative to manage client accounts, ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-ups, and support smooth product delivery. The role also involves tracking sales, monitoring inventory, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsiblities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve complaints to maintain client loyalty and retention.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing in coordination with the finance team.
- Follow up on outstanding payments, minimizing the average collection period.
- Track and report invoice payment status and escalate delays when necessary.
- Submit accurate weekly and monthly sales reports on time.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and support efforts to reduce stock discrepancies and prevent stockouts.
- Conduct a physical inventory count and inventory accuracy improvement initiatives.
- Generate and nurture leads through effective prospecting and client engagement.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of BSC.
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
