We’re looking for a Contract Support Advisor to join our PFI Contract Administration team based in Basingstoke.
Location: Basingstoke
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri, shifts between 8am-6pm)
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role
Join our friendly and collaborative PFI Contract Administration Team as a Contract Support Advisor where you’ll provide crucial coordination between our operational teams and clients. This rewarding role allows you to develop strong relationships while ensuring our services run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
As a Contract Support Advisor, you’ll be working within the PFI Contract Administration team, supporting them in delivering excellent customer service and operational efficiency. Your day to day will include:
- Communicating with clients and colleagues to manage service requests through our CAFAM system
- Raising, allocating and completing work orders for reactive maintenance and scheduled tasks
- Coordinating with engineers and subcontractors to ensure timely job completion
- Preparing essential reports and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting the Contract Manager with administrative tasks and providing cover for other regions when needed
Qualifications/Requirements:
- You have excellent communication skills with a warm, professional telephone manner
- You enjoy building relationships and working collaboratively with different teams
- You’re detail-oriented with strong data entry accuracy and organisational skills
- You’re confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- You thrive in a nurturing environment where you can develop your career while making a real difference
